This is my attempt at a lower alcohol (3 – 3.5%) blonde ale. I mashed at a higher temp to get more unfermentable sugars.

Tasting notes
Easy drinking light beer with distinct Motueka hops presence. Perhaps a bit watery as I would have expected given the low OG, but refreshingly drinkable. It got drunk up really fast as it was my go to beer whenever I wanted something light. I'll definately be making more low alc beers like this.
